Recently I got word that TAYISHA BUSAY is releasing her new EP SHOCK-WOO! next month. You’ll be able to get it through iTunes. Anyway, for those of you that don’t know, TAYISHA BUSAY is an electronic dance band based in Brooklyn, NYC, they’ve been know to roll around in piles of glitter, cuddle their keyboards, and grind up on their synthesizers while performing onstage. I’ve seen them a few times and witnessed such luscious behavior.
TAYISHA BUSAY’s three members create fun, fresh, raw, and ripe for the pickin’ songs that indie-rockers and club-goers alike can thoroughly enjoy. Daring choreography and provocative dress are also employed liberally by the trio. They have a lust-for-life attitude and encourage all concert go-ers and listeners to let loose and shake what their mama’s gave em’!
TAYISHA BUSAY’s self-released EP captures a night at the disco with Kurt Cobain, Ace of Base, and the B-52s, making for an amazing listening experience! The 2 girls and 1 guy are a mind expanding take on the girl-group. Their first track title may also be your first reaction…”WTF”!?
